What we collect
Account and consent records, the characters and conversations you create, memories derived from conversations, safety reports, and limited product and model-usage metadata. Product analytics must not contain message text, prompts, email addresses, or transcripts.
Why we use it
To operate authentication, character chat, memory, relationship and life features; keep the service safe; control model cost and reliability; understand activation and retention; and honor deletion requests.
Who processes it
The Beta uses Supabase for authentication and database services, the selected application host, and—only when enabled—the configured AI model provider. No advertising SDK or third-party product analytics service is enabled in the P0 build.
How long we keep it
Relationship audit metadata is kept for 30 days, model-call metadata for 90 days, moderation metadata for 180 days, and first-party analytics for 400 days. User content remains until you delete it or your account, subject to the final legally reviewed policy and any required safety or legal hold.
Your controls
You can review and delete saved memories, block or report a character response, and request account deletion in Settings. Account deletion is processed by a scheduled server job and removes associated user data.
